We utilize a data-driven process that supports educators along their implementation journey. Our goal with coaching is to encourage teachers to use what they learned and adapt those skills to meet their unique classroom needs.
Coaching activities can include:
- Data collection in the form of classroom, cafeteria, playground, and hallway observations.
- A review of discipline data and observation of referrals, meeting with administrators and staff and implementation surveys.
- Verbal and/or written summaries that include data summary and analysis; intervention strategies; individualized suggestions and recommendations and on-the-spot coaching.
- Data-driven booster sessions for staff.
- Development of intervention strategies, including a review of implementation and evaluation efforts; collaboration with administrators and staff.
- Increase teacher satisfaction with support.
- Meeting with key stakeholders to increase buy-in.
